Prism Digital Print is a cutting-edge UV-DTF (Direct to Film) branding technology designed to deliver high-resolution, full-colour decoration on a wide range of products. Using CMYK, White, and Varnish inks, this method creates glossy, vibrant artwork with incredible clarity and durability.
Instead of printing directly onto the product, Prism Digital Print lays UV-cured inks onto a specialised film, which is then laminated and applied to your product like a high-performance sticker. This eliminates the need for heat presses, powders, or screens — making the process fast, efficient, and ideal for detailed, multi-colour artwork.

The result is a long-lasting print with excellent scratch and fade resistance, giving you a premium finish without the complexity of traditional methods. From personalised names and numbering to full-colour logos, Prism Digital Print offers a flexible and reliable branding solution for many hard-surface products.
How Prism Digital Printing Works
Prism Digital Print uses UV inkjet print heads to apply CMYK + White + Varnish onto a transfer film. The ink is instantly cured by UV light, creating a smooth, glossy finish. A clear laminate layer is added for durability before the design is transferred to the product. Once applied, the print bonds firmly to the surface, delivering a vibrant and resilient result — all without heat application.
