Here’s some frequently asked questions about our production and shipping process. Get in touch with us if you have further questions, as we are happy to help.


When you submit your order, you are asked to include details about what you’re after. If we don’t have quite enough detail, we will get in touch with you to flesh out the info we need. Once we’ve got these details, your designer will get to work. An electronic draft, designed in your colours and wording, will be emailed within 2 business days for your feedback and review. This electronic draft is called a “proof”. Once you’ve received your proof, you return to your designer with any changes or amendments, to perfect your design. When you’re happy, we will go ahead and send your order to print.

Your promotional products order will be printed and ready to send within 5-10 business days (unless noted otherwise on the individual product page). Let us know if you have a specific date you are working towards, so we can ensure you get it in time.

Courier delivery of most items is $8. Shipping is free for orders over $300, to an urban address within NZ. Large/bulky items incur additional costs. Shipping takes 1-2 business days. 

Please note Rural (RD) addresses incur an additional $4 surcharge and may take a couple of additional days to arrive. To avoid this extra charge, consider shipping your invitations to your workplace, or a trusted family member’s Urban address.
