Foam Board Signs

Foam board signs are a lightweight and economical option for temporary displays, events and indoor signage. Popular for weddings, special occasions, presentations, exhibitions and retail displays, they provide a professional rigid sign without the weight of traditional sign materials.

Available in A3, A2 and A1 sizes, these signs can be displayed on an easel, fitted into a frame or mounted to a sign stand. Their lightweight construction also makes them easy to transport and set up when needed.

Each sign is produced by printing your artwork onto a high-quality matte self-adhesive vinyl, which is allowed to cure before being professionally applied to 5mm foam board. This process produces vibrant graphics with a smooth finish and helps minimise the risk of bubbling or lifting.

Suitable for indoor use and short-term outdoor applications, foam board signs are commonly used for welcome signs, seating plans, promotional displays, directional signage and event information boards.

Lead Time

Standard production time is approximately 5–7 working days from artwork approval.

Artwork should:

Be supplied as a print-ready PDF wherever possible
Be set up at the final finished size
Use CMYK colour mode where applicable
Have fonts embedded or converted to outlines
Include at least 10mm bleed on all sides
Include crop marks
Be supplied at the highest quality available

Please ensure all images are high resolution and that important text and graphics are positioned clear of the trim edge.
