Positive Signs is a locally owned signwriting, print and branding business based in Mosgiel, supporting businesses across Dunedin, Otago and New Zealand.
Since 2009, Positive Signs has helped businesses present themselves professionally through signage, vehicle graphics, commercial printing and promotional products. In 2019, Amanda Cookson purchased the business, bringing Amanda’s existing stationery and signage brand, Be My Guest Design, in-house alongside Positive Signs.
Today, the two businesses operate side-by-side - allowing Positive Signs to focus on business and commercial clients, while Be My Guest Design supports the wedding and retail market.

Doing things properly has always mattered to us.
Our team includes trade-qualified signwriters and printers, and Positive Signs is proud to be home to Dunedin’s only Master Sign Makers accreditation through the New Zealand Sign & Display Association.
We regularly invest in training, apprenticeships and industry development, because good signage is about far more than simply printing graphics larger.

A few years ago, we relocated to larger premises in Mosgiel, giving us room to expand our production capabilities and create a dedicated workshop space for signmaking and vehicle graphics. Today, our in-house capabilities include:
