As we head towards the end of the year, the orders ramp up and the turnaround times get squeezed. We set holiday cut off dates to keep production running smoothly and to ensure our clients get what they need in plenty of time.
For 2023-24 we are closed from 21 December till 15 January.
The close-off days are when your design must be signed off and approved for printing by - not when you place your order. So you need to be ordering in advance of these dates.
Deadline for promotional item printing
Screen printing and pad printing orders have a lead time of 4 weeks so orders need to be in for November to arrive by Christmas. Other items have shorter lead times but these lead times vary especially in December with the additional volume, so please order in plenty of time.
Deadline for canvas prints
Orders printed onto canvas must be signed off as ready to print by 7 December. No urgent canvas printing is possible during December, due to canvas order volumes.
Deadline for other large format prints
(i.e. signs mounted on ACM, corflute, foamboard, posters, banners): Orders must be signed off as ready to print by 12 December.
Deadline for Custom printed items
Custom printed items must be signed off and approved for printing by 15 December to be done in 2023. This gives us time to produce, package and get on the courier, but we cannot guarantee they will be delivered by Christmas.
We will continue to print and package items up until we close. This does not allow for any delivery time, so if it's needed for Christmas, we only recommend leaving it this late if you are able to collect.
Orders for Extra Bits
Envelopes, accessories and other ready to ship items in stock will be shipping daily up until our last day. It's the courier's busiest time of year so while we do ship these items on an overnight courier service, there is no guarantee it will arrive overnight.
Orders will be accepted after these dates, but may not be ready until January. We will do our best though!
